About

From box office to builder — the perspective changed, the approach hasn't

I build the connective tissue between teams, systems, and the people using them. My career has moved fluidly across product, operations, customer experience, and live events — grounded in a consistent focus on simplifying complexity and delivering solutions that work as well in practice as they do on paper.

The interview, on my own time

A four-part listen instead of a one-hour screen. Walk through my résumé, hear the "tell me about a time…" stories in full, get the highlight reel of projects I'm proudest of, and an honest take on building with AI — all in my own voice-ish.

DISCLAIMER — These podcasts are AI-generated using NotebookLM by Google. The sponsors are a stylistic choice — drawn from the source material and included as a nod to the format, not real paid partnerships. No brands were paid for the making of these episodes... nor was I.

New episodes drop as the answers earn the airtime.

Making complex systems make sense — from the backend to the end user

I'm a product and operations leader with 15+ years working across SaaS platforms, live events, and customer-facing systems. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating messy operational realities into experiences that feel intuitive, and platforms that actually hold up at scale.

My path hasn't been linear, and I think that's a feature. I've led product roadmaps, run enterprise implementations, managed technical infrastructure, and owned customer success — often all at once. That range gives me something a lot of pure-track PMs don't have: a real, ground-level understanding of how systems fail, how teams get stuck, and how to build solutions that stick.

I'm drawn to roles where strategy and hands-on execution aren't separate things. Whether I'm shaping a product roadmap, untangling an integration, or helping a team navigate a platform migration, I bring the same orientation: cut through the noise, understand the actual problem, and build something that lasts.
