Making complex systems make sense — from the backend to the end user
I'm a product and operations leader with 15+ years working across SaaS platforms, live events, and customer-facing systems. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating messy operational realities into experiences that feel intuitive, and platforms that actually hold up at scale.
My path hasn't been linear, and I think that's a feature. I've led product roadmaps, run enterprise implementations, managed technical infrastructure, and owned customer success — often all at once. That range gives me something a lot of pure-track PMs don't have: a real, ground-level understanding of how systems fail, how teams get stuck, and how to build solutions that stick.
I'm drawn to roles where strategy and hands-on execution aren't separate things. Whether I'm shaping a product roadmap, untangling an integration, or helping a team navigate a platform migration, I bring the same orientation: cut through the noise, understand the actual problem, and build something that lasts.
